You have to do the proper waterproofing on the slab then only you can arrest the issue, I can explain the procedure go through that ,first do the proper removal of debris from the terrace by chisel nd the wirebrush,then do the hunching below the parapet up to 12" ht.(haunching area should not do the plastering before waterproofing, do the first brush coat with the chemical nd after 3 hours 2nd coat to be done ,next day stagnate the water on slab up to 48 hrs, after chk the slab- bottom, if there any seepage mark on that and do the pressure grouting on marked area with pressure gun (for better results use FOSROC chemical )..nd again stagnate the water on slab and the final result ---Problem solved

സാധാരണഗതിയിൽ അങ്ങനെ വരേണ്ടതല്ല. ഇലക്ട്രിക്കലിന്റെ പൈപ്പ് എന്തെങ്കിലും ഓപ്പൺ ആയിട്ട് നിൽപ്പുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ അതിലൂടെ വരാൻ സാധ്യതയുണ്ട്. എന്തെങ്കിലും തരത്തിലുള്ള ശ്രദ്ധയിൽ പെടുന്ന തരത്തിലുള്ള ക്രാക്ക് എന്തെങ്കിലും ഉണ്ടോ. അങ്ങനെയാണെങ്കിൽ മാത്രമേ പേടിക്കേണ്ടതുള്ളൂ. അല്ലാത്തപക്ഷം ഇത്തരത്തിലുള്ള ഏതെങ്കിലും രീതിയിലൂടെ വെള്ളം വരുന്നതാവാം അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഒരുപക്ഷേ ചുമരിൽ നിന്നും നനഞ്ഞിട്ടു വെള്ളം വരുന്നതുമാകാം.
