1992ൽ കെട്ടിയ ടെറസ് വീടിനു ബേസ്മെന്റിൽ ബെൽറ്റ്‌ ഇട്ടു കെട്ടിയിട്ടില്ല. ഇപ്പോൾ ഫസ്റ്റ് ഫ്ലോർ കോൺക്രീറ്റ് ചെയ്തു കെട്ടിയാൽ വീടിനു ബലക്ഷയം ഉണ്ടാവുമോ?
