Only issue is our cooking culture. our dishes are having too much smell so the chances of spreading it everywhere in the house is high. Open kitchen concept is from western countries. They can use it because of the following reasons. 1- they dont have the smelly dishes like we do have. 2- their dishes are not deeply cooked like we do. 3. They use owen for most of their dishes 4. 4th but most important, they rarely use their kitchen. they buy readymade items from super markets. this is what i have seen when I have been there.
