This is very common in case of load bearing walls. To avoid this, my advice is to provide doors & Windows after constn of walls. Ensure enough lintel according to the opening. Ensure load bearing capacity of the wall & foundation of both sides of windows.

Such cracks indicate the lack of strength of the floor. It is not found in raft beam and plinth beam.
