RCC Structural work കൾക്ക് ഒരു കാരണവശാലും 6 മാസം കഴിഞ്ഞ cement ഉപയോഗിക്കരുത്. Underfloor Lean concrete, Strip footing/spread footings എന്നിവയുടെ Levelling course ,എന്നിവക്ക് proportion കുറച്ചു കൂടി Rich ആക്കി ഉപയോഗിക്കാം.

If it's still in fine powder stage. you can use PCC work or similar related works. not recommended for RCC structure because it's strength is reduced by 30 to 40%. For good strength Use with in 3months from the date of manufacture

u can check the mfg date in the cement packet. if it's more old bag. if it's not hard u can use for p.c.c floor concrete or outside floor concrete etc
