SBC ensure ചെയ്തിട്ട് Foundation തീരുമാനിക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും ഒരു Stable structure ൻ്റെ നിർമ്മാണത്തിനു മുമ്പായി ചെയ്യേണ്ടത്. " Elevation /face lift നു വേണ്ടി ലക്ഷങ്ങൾ ചിലവാക്കാൻ മടിയില്ലാത്ത മലയാളി Soil test ചെയ്ത് അനുയോജ്യമായ ഫൗണ്ടേഷൻ ശുപാർശചെയ്തുറപ്പാക്കുന്നതിനു മടി കാണിക്കുന്നു." കാരണം മറ്റൊന്നുമല്ല Foundation ആരും കാണുന്നില്ലല്ലോ..??
