കോൺക്രീറ്റ് നല്ല quality യോടെ , നല്ല supervision ൽ ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ തൽക്കാലം waterproofing ചെയ്യണ്ട കാര്യം ഇല്ല . കോൺക്രീറ്റിൽ waterproofing admixtures ഉപയോഗിയ്ക്കാമായിരുന്നു, അല്ലങ്കിൽ കോൺക്രീറ്റ് final setting ന് മുമ്പ് waterproofing considerations കൊടുത്ത് Plaster ചെയ്യാമായിരുന്നു. ഇനി wait ചെയ്യുക , ഏതെങ്കിലും ഭാഗത്ത് dampness കണ്ടാൽ അപ്പോൾ waterproofing ചെയ്യുക , പല materials ഉണ്ട് , പല methods , ഗ്യാരൻ്റിയോടെ ചെയ്യുന്നവരുണ്ട്.

in my opinion, if it's a new house" water proofing is not required" if your construction team is good. (if you find , some problem in the future then, that time you can do it )no need for now (like a car) every hose needs proper (service) maintenance. if you have proper drain and slope you don't have to spend money for now. in future if there is some problem you can do treatment.
