Dear Engineers എന്റെ സ്വദേശം കാസറഗോഡ് ജില്ലയിലെ കാഞ്ഞങ്ങാട് ഭാഗത്താണ്. എന്റെ വീട് പണി കഴിഞ്ഞതാണ്. എന്നാൽ വീടിന്റെ പണി നടത്തിയ പണിക്കാരും അതിലുപരി നല്ല ഒരു ഫീസ് മുടക്കി എഞ്ചിനീയേഴ്സ് കൺസൾട്ടൻസി എടുത്തെങ്കിലും ആരും അവരുടെ മേഖലയോട് ആത്മാർത്ഥത കാണിക്കാത്തത് കൊണ്ട് വീടിന് കുറച്ചു maintenance issue വന്നിട്ടുണ്ട്. 1) ചില ഭാഗങ്ങളിൽ ഭിത്തി നനയുന്നതിനാൽ ഉള്ളിലെ ഭിത്തിയിൽ ചില ഇടങ്ങളിൽ ഈർപ്പം ഉണ്ട് 3) വർക്കെയുടെ മുകളിൽ കൃത്യമായി plastering ചെയ്യാത്തതിനാൽ വെള്ളം കെട്ടികെടക്കുന്നു. 4) pergola യുടെ മുകളിൽ glass കൃത്യമായി ഇടാത്തതിനാൽ Leake ഉണ്ട് 5)Truss Work ചെയ്ത ഭാഗത്തു ആവശ്യത്തിന് തൂണ് കൊടുത്തിട്ടില്ല. കുറച്ചു ഭാഗത്തു കൂടി ചോർച്ചയും ഉണ്ട്. ഒരു ഗേറ്റ് വും കൂടി ചെയ്യണം. 6) വീടിന്റെ മുറ്റവും ചുട്ടോടു ചുറ്റും കല്ല് വിരിക്കാനുണ്ട്. വളരെ പ്രൊഫഷണൽ ആയി ഇത്തരം കാര്യങ്ങൾ ചെയ്തു തരുന്നവർ ഉണ്ടങ്കിൽ മാത്രം ബന്ധപ്പെടുക.

I have given contract for work up to 1st floor concrete. 25 percent of the amount given as advance. now work upto 2 rows of basement done. plinth belt yet to do. If I want to quit the contract and give it to some one else. how do I proceed. can anyone advise. should I go legal. 2600 sq ft home include car porch. can anyone provide approximate cost upto basement using laterite red stone 3rd no. for foundation and 2nd for basement. Basement was for 3 stone height rows in some areas and other area gone upto 7 rows additionally note that septik tank and sewerage tank made. but plaster and concrete not done so far.

concrete slab ൽ യാതൊരു crack ഉം visible ഇല്ല. but leak കാണിക്കുന്നു. അതും വെറും 4 month മുന്നെ cast ചെയ്ത slab ൽ . മുകളിൽ ചെറിയ രീതിയിൽ വെളളം കെട്ടികിടക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. ഈ leak രാവിലെ മാത്രമേ കാണാൻ കഴിയുന്നുള്ളു. ഒരു 11 മണി കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ കാണില്ല but ആ സമയത്തും മുകളിൽ വെള്ളം കെട്ടി കിടക്കുന്നുണ്ട് but leak disappear ആകും. ഉപയോഗിച്ച സിമന്റ് ultratech weather plus, ultratech engineer suggest ചെയ്ത പ്രകാരം wpm 200 liquid ഉം ചേർത്തു . mixing proper ആയിരുന്നു. 7 days cube test എടുത്തപ്പോൾ 3 specimen ഉം 400 kn കഴിഞ്ഞ് മാത്രം break ആയി ppc ആണ് cement, ultratech engineer ഇന്ന് site visit ചെയ്തു . യാതൊരു hairline crack പോലും കാണാൻ പറ്റിയില്ല. അവർ Kerala head ന് report ചെയ്തിരിക്കുകയാണ്. നല്ല grade metal and double wash best quality m sand ആണ് ഉപയോഗിച്ചത്. ആർക്കെങ്കിലും എന്തെലും suggestion പറയാമോ? വെള്ളം കെട്ടി കിടക്കാത്തിടത്തും problem visible ആണ്. curing 23 days കൊടുത്തു . deshuttering 17 days കഴിഞ്ഞ് ചെയ്തു. ആ സമയത്ത് യാതൊന്നും കാണാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞില്ല. ഇപ്പോൾ മഴയത്ത് wall നനഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. അകത്ത് cortiyad വെള്ളം കെട്ടി കിടക്കുന്നുമുണ്ട്.
