Your plan is okay, but not perfect. Looks like it can be redrawn for better utilisation of space. Where will you place the dining table? Near the washbasin? Or near any doors? Or under the stair? The "drawing area" mentioned on the plan, is it formal living or family living?

Hello sir, Plan is okay..Need to rework on some spaces..Please analyse the plan with proper furniture layout..Expecially in drawing and dining area.. please place maindoor without touching the window in drawing..it will be better..Where is North direction..As per cooking position in Kitchen, East is up in the plan..Then bed position is not ideal.. Better to place in South and East direction..if kitchen slab near fidge is replaced to fidge position it can be utilised for a breakfast table.. Staircase headroom height is not correct..First floor slab above staircase step should be cut according to headroom height..other wise staircase can't be accessible..Ventilations are okay In first floor, Bedroom door position adjacent to staircase landing may be create a conjunction.. Drawing area can be redesign more creatively..common toilet acces door is not shown in the plan..sitout marked in first floor will be balcony.. isn't it?
