As a consultant, we always recommend matte finish on walls and floor. The reasons being 1) Glossy finish always looks smudged and gives an unkempt look. So it is high maintenance. Matte walls even if not cleaned for long don't have those issues. 2) These days many architects and clients too prefer it. But anyways it's your personal choice. Visit few showrooms and imagine how those tiles displayed will look on your toilet wall. Only make sure that they are laid with min 3mm spacer on floors, wall-floor joints, corners and on walls and filled with epoxy for a watertight toilet.
