Is there any solution for removing the smell of particle board from a commercial space??

I want to install a swing in my living room. But there are no ceiling hooks. Is there any way to overcome this problem?

My bathroom height is 7ft. I have actually forgot about provision for light in the ceiling. But now I want to make the lighting in my bathroom as like false ceiling type. What should I do now? Should I go for wall lighting or any other better solution to get best placement of lights
