capilary action ആണ് കാരണം. മണ്ണിലെ ഈർപ്പം ബെസ്മെന്റ് വഴി ഭിത്തികളിലേക്ക് പടരുന്നതുകൊണ്ട് ആണ് പെയിന്റ് അടർന്നു മാറുന്നത്..വീടിന്റെ ബെസ്മെന്റ് complete ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ ബെൽറ്റിൽ damp proof course ചെയ്യാത്തതിനാൽ ആണ് ഇങ്ങിനെ സംഭവിക്കുന്നത്.. ഇനി skirting ടൈൽസ് ഇളക്കി മാറ്റി 10cm അകാലത്തിൽ ഭിത്തി ഡ്രിൽ ചെയ്ത് damp proof course ചെയ്യേണ്ടി വരും.. യൂട്യൂബിൽ damp proof course എന്ന് സെർച് ചെയ്‌താൽ കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ അറിയാൻ കഴിയും...

ബാത്റൂമിലെ ഈർപ്പം കൊണ്ട് ഒണ്ടാകുന്ന problem ആണ്.. ബാത്ത്റൂമിൽ waterproof ചെയ്തില്ലെങ്കിൽ ഈ പ്രശ്നം ഒണ്ടാകും.. ഇപ്പൊൾ അടിച്ച പയിൻ്റ് ഇളക്കി കളഞ്ഞ് അവിടെ waterproof ചെയ്തിട്ട് അതിൻ്റെ മുകളിൽ paint അടിച്ചു ഫിനിഷ് ചെയ്യാം

basement fill cheythe mannil ninne eerpam mukalilekke varunnathavam preshna karanam... since applied paint is distemper not easy to scrap it off.. at least till window lever we need to scrap as much possible and have to do damp proof painting.. for next 2-3 maintenance or painting you need to do it to get a complete solution.. else it will resurface again after 4-5 years...

ഈർപ്പം ആണ് പ്രശ്നമെന്ന് തോന്നുന്നു . മണലിൽ ചെളി കൂടുതലായാൽ , പാറപ്പൊടി കൂടുതലായാൽ , ഉപ്പ് അംശം ഉണ്ടായാൽ , ഒക്കെ ഇങ്ങനെ സംഭവിയ്ക്കാം . നല്ലവണ്ണം scratch ചെയ്ത് ( sand paper ) waterproof paint apply ചെയ്യുക.

എൻ്റെ വീടിനും same problem ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.... ഞാൻ door heightil low cost wall tile ഒട്ടിച്ചു....ipo problem ഇല്ല
