Hi Sadarudheen, I'm Ar.Sai Prasad. Mentioning the points which I thought could be improved: 1. A proper grid isn't followed even at places it's possible and that will unnecessarily make the construction cost high 2. No proper TV location at Living area which obstructing the view 3. like most of the comments, a huge lot of space is been wasted between living and dining 4. Dining area is too congested since it's only 9ft width 5. Toilets are also very small 6. Wardrobes in bedroom could have been designed better 7. Kitchen is too big and would suggest to provide a work area as well. If you are doing a modular kitchen here, it will be around 10Lakhs easily. In that case, you should contact and good modular kitchen teams like Livspace interiors. Living is not properly arranged.Wastage of spaces and area in center core of the building.. staicase area can be more creative and beautiful..not having proper dress area for bedrooms..Kitchen layout also need an arrangement..Need rework on this plan..structure work will have more beams according to this plan
