1. The drawing room : the courtyard can have more glass area so that greenery is seen inside to make the space more welcoming. 2. A lot of space is wasted in the dining area. It's the problem when planning is done using a typical method of making a box and arranging rooms around it and the remaining area at the center is given for dining. It's the wrong way. 3. the courtyard has a lot of potential to make a house extremely beautiful if correctly placed and detailed in the right way. 4. bedroom has a lot of space wasted. consider a wardrobe area. if all the furnitures are preplanned in the beginning it will save you a lot of money and avoid extra work at the end and makes the house more functional and beautiful. 5. family living doesn't have enough light and ventilation. I'm not saying this plan won't work. it will definitely work. but it can be a lot better.
