Hi, as an architect, when i design houses, my prime concern is to minimise circulation spaces because once we can reduces circulation spaces, the space alloted for a purpose would gets a quality to it. In this floor plan, i felt that there ia lot of space wastage in many areas than we actually require.
Some other issues that i have felt has been mentioned below:
1. no provision for placing TV in the living rooms. Even if there is provision, it would not be without interupting the viewer.
2. Bedcot is visible from the common areas. Normally i always make sure that bedcot isnt visible from the common or guest area. Here, if some guests sits in the dining room, bed is visible in ine bedroom.
3. Dining room is too big and has too much of space wastage.
4. The Kitchen provided is very bad not efficient. 50 percent of it is gone as circulation corridor. And the kitchen provided dont look nice as well. seeing any counter as a side profile doesnt look good in a residence design.
