all mud type brick is effect wetness if we properly cover it other wise it drink water and loose it's strength so ancient people start make country brick or choola katta.so unavailability and flat building technique people use cement and AAC bricks .in western world they build by stone and uncovered brick .my opinion is first 3 feet must use country brick then use other
