Looking for someone who can do GI sheet truss work behind the utility area (150 sqft) and Polycarbonate sheet behind a dummy wall(approx 100 sqft). Behind the dummy wall the rest of the area should be covered to resemble a room. Currently parapet height is provided for 3 ft. Pls quote rate per sqft all inclusive including labour with details of thickness of sheet. Quote should include 2 coat primer and painting of the bars. Area - Thengod Navodaya - Kochi Work - Immediate GI sheet thickness and rate per sqft Polycarbonate sheet 4mm thickness and rate per sqft

We had a builder reconstruct an independent house on our own land. there is a payment dispute now and the builder has taken the keys and he is not giving the occupation certificate. when we went to municipality to ask for occupation certificate they are not giving proper response. oh the payment dispute part, builder seems to gave been overcharging us and hence we said we won't pay until he gives proper justification please advice what can I do here
