How long can we leave the steel bars unused... i mean when does the steel become unfit for usage if stored in open atmosphere.

it will become rested as of rain and sunlight. it's not good for your structure to use rested steel as they couses the other portions too

we are planning to use aac block for our house, i have 2 questions; for inner wall direct putty or pop will be good or we have to plaster and then apply pop? 2nd question is; for outer walls can we do the same or if not what type of plastering would be best, (it will be a frame structure)
