TROPICAL RESORT - SEA SHORE GROUP Design of the tropical Resort was carefully conceived with principles of tropical modernism.The site area of 90acres have been demarcated as phase 1 and phase 2 ,where the phase 1 comprises 10+2 units including 2 duplex .The key here was to blend the existing serene landscape with the built along with a pool. A modern house designed and built in Ramnagar, Banglore. this elegant and contemporary house is a bold statement in the outskirts of Bangalore. When the client, who is also my friend approached me with the requirements the structure was already started. i redesigned the entire house solving all the issues and added a new look to it with the same existing structure. it was a difficult journey but the end result was satisfying.
