പണിയുന്ന എഞ്ചിനീയർ പറയുന്നു യെല്ലോ മാർക്ക്‌ ചെയ്യിത്തിടത്തു pillar വേണം എന്ന്, പ്ലാൻ വരച്ച എഞ്ചിനീയർ പറയുന്നു അതിന്റെ ആവശ്യം ഇല്ല beam മതിയെന്ന്, pillar അവിടെ കൊടുത്താൽ ഏരിയ congested ആവും സൗകര്യം കുറയും എന്ന്

ഈ ചിത്രത്തിൽ മാർക്ക്‌ ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്ന ഏരിയ പുതുതായി ചെയ്യാൻ ഉള്ള plan ആണ് red കളർ മാർക്ക്‌ ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നതു നിലവിലെ കാർപോർച്ചിന്റെ കോളം(piller)ആണ് അതിനോട് ചേർത്ത് വെച്ച് പുതിയ coloumn ചെയ്യാൻ ആണ് ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നത് അതിൽ നിന്നും പുറത്തേക്കു തള്ളി ഈ പ്ലാൻ പ്രകാരം beam ചെയ്താൽ അതിന് പിടുത്തം കിട്ടുമോ ഇളക്കി വീഴില്ലേ.. അവിടെ ഒരു pargola ചെയ്യാൻ എന്താണ് മാർഗം. വീടിന്റെ structure നു യോജിക്കുന്ന രീതിയിൽ കോൺക്രീറ്റ് പാർഗോളയാണ് ചെയ്യേണ്ടത് എന്താണ് ഒരു മാർഗ്ഗം? experts please help. 🙏

Pillar ഒഴിവാക്കുന്നതാണ് ഉത്തമം. pillar നിർമിച്ചാൽ, living area ഒരു limited space ആയി മാറും. ഇപ്പോൾ തന്നെ width 2.80mtr ആണ് ഉള്ളത്. pillar ഒഴിവായാൽ living area, ഒരു unlimited space ആയി മാറും. കുറഞ്ഞത്, stair ന്റെ width ഉം കൂടെ -aprox 1mtr-ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിക്കൊണ്ട് living area വലുതായി set ചെയ്യാം. സാധ്യതതകൾ കുറെയുണ്ട്.
