താഴത്തെ നിലയിൽ ഉള്ള ഈ അർച്ചുകൾ വഴി പൂച്ച മുതലായ ജീവികൾ രാത്രികാലങ്ങളിൽ വീടിൻ്റെ സിറ്റൗട്ടിൽ പ്രവേശിക്കുകയും അവ കഴിക്കുന്ന ഭക്ഷണ അവശിഷ്ടങ്ങളും, പൂച്ചയുടെയും മറ്റും രോമങ്ങളും sitoutilum പുറത്തുള്ള ഫർണീച്ചറിലുംആകുന്നുണ്ട്. ഇപ്പൊൾ ഫോട്ടോയിൽ കാണുന്ന ബാംബൂ curtain aanu ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നത്. ബാംബൂ curtains മാറ്റി പകരമയി ഉപയോഗിക്കാവുന്ന എന്തെങ്കിലും ഓപ്ഷൻ ഉണ്ടോ? വീടിൻ്റെ പുറമേ ഉള്ള ഭംഗി നില നിൽക്കുകയും , മറ്റു ജീവികളിൽ നിന്ന് ശല്യങ്ങളും ഒഴിവാകനും ഉള്ളത്

I need to do 🏠 renovation. This is a 50 year old house facing East . 12 cent square plot with compound wall and gate. 1000 sqft house. Single floor -3 Bedroom - one Small kitchen - one common bathroom and surrounding different trees, bamboo, flowers etc.
Seeking Experts advice and your kind suggestion to make over my old home in a traditional way with a cost effective approach as far as possible.
Things planning to do....
1. Need one existing room with an
attached bathroom.
2. Need to increase the size of the room
towards the south side if possible
and have a veranda and an open roof
car porch on the south side.
3. Need to do roofing - redo the old roof
tiling by changing the old damaged
wooden frame - kazhukol and pattiyal.
or do GI roofing with old roof tiles
maintaining old wooden Machu.
4. Flooring redo
5. Electric work Redo.
6. Plumbing Redo.
7. Reinforce outer compound wall and
gate.

ഇത് ഒരു 25 വർഷം പഴക്കമുള്ള ഒരു വീടാണ് . നാട്ടിലെ ഒരു കോൺട്രാക്ടിനെ വെച്ച് റൂമൊക്കെ കുറച്ച് പുറകോട്ട് ഇറക്കുന്നുണ്ട് . ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് ഇതിൻറെ ഫ്രണ്ട് ലുക്കിൽ എന്തെങ്കിലും ഒക്കെ ചെറിയ വ്യത്യാസം വരുത്തി കുറച്ചുകൂടെ ഫ്രഷ് ലുക്ക് വരുത്തുവാൻ സാധിക്കുമോ ഈ ഡിസൈനിൽ . ഈ ഗ്രൂപ്പിൽ എല്ലാം നല്ല എക്സ്പേർട്ടുകളാണ് എന്നു മനസ്സിലാകുന്നു. ഫ്രണ്ട് ലുക്കിൽ ഒരു പുതുമ കിട്ടുന്ന ഐഡിയ പറഞ്ഞു തന്നാലും അത് വളരെയധികം ഉപകാരപ്പെടും.
