For foundation & basement - Use JSW CONCREEL HD Cement/ Ultratech/ Dalmia DSP. If JSW is available blindly go for it ( I m telling it from my own experience. I have used both Ultratech and JSW. In terms of strength JSW concreel HD is one step ahead.) For plastering - Dalmia/ Malabar/ Ramco super plaster etc

I have a uncompleted building of 31500 sq feet G + 4 with basement parking for 17 cars around 5400 sq ft per floor three floors 4 flats 1200 sq ft each total of 12 flats the ground and first are commercial we are looking to finish it's located in elamkkara near to kaloor but we are looking at budget friendly to reduce cost with no comprimise on quality .works left MEP extenral plastering internal plastering landscape of building areas, ramp for underground parking painting sanitary ware tiling ect
