1. The bedroom size is small as this will lead to improper arrangement of furniture. Lack of bedmaking space. 2. Place the common toilet entrance door to a more secluded space so that it is not visible directly from public spaces like the dining area. 3. It is advisable to provide a dedicated working area other than the kitchen because the installation of breakfast counter will give direct vision to the washing machine area.
