If your house is a load bearing construction,you have to modify the long wall (Rt Side in GF Plan with out any cross walls) .Please verify .

I have purchased 8 years old home. want to construct 2nd floor something like left side ( not the final one. Also need to cut current concrete to build stair case). What is best way to build stair case. My last alternative option is to build stair case from our side.
