Overall layout structure looks fine: A few comments : 1) Living rooms looks slightly smaller for this house and could be extended to by replacing the side verandah. 2) Side verandah is not a necessity and is a waste of space unless there are no special intended uses. 3) Minimum length of a bathroom should be 250 for attaining a wet area with glass partition. 4) Open kitchen is not open to dining or family living. A possible design change to make it better would be removing the projection of wall into dining room. 5) Position of fridge need to be planned - as of now there is no space for it in the open kitchen. 6) Projection of a wall between toilets into the open hall is unnecessary and creates congestion there. 7) Wardrobe length would be small (less than 4 ft) if kept on toilet wall which is the only possibility in this bedroom layout. 8) Wash basin is too close to dining - It would be better if it is close to stair area. 9) Verandah in front if given a little more width ( atleast 180 cm) it would be more convenient for an semi open sitting for three or four in an L shaped seating.
