Belt, DPC ആയി പ്രയോജനം ചെയ്യണമെങ്കിൽ Belt (Plinth band )അതിൻ്റെ യഥാസ്ഥാനത്തു തന്നെ ചെയ്യണമായിരുന്നു. ഇനി ഭിത്തി യുടെ കനത്തിൽ 50mm thick Plain concrete ൽ DPC barrier ചെയ്ത് finish ചെയ്യൂ.

DPC not needed for RR masonry and Plinth beam. Do it for external laterite plinth.

Hi, please check the picture attached. the level from Road and the basement. Two. rows of laterite stone done. belt yet to complete. question here is is the level is sufficient from the road to avoid water from door. to home or do I need to add one more row of laterite to the basement so that one stone level up I can fill so basement will. feel higher. foundation level cannot be increased as it is already done. can you guys advise.
