The wash basin and Guest toilet can be located near the stairs rather than adjoining the kitchen. Standard bedroom size is 3.6 * 4.2. Your plan means almost square bedrooms. Good plan though, good luck

എൻറെ വീടിൻറെ ഗ്രൗണ്ട് ഫ്ലോറിൻറെ പണി കഴിഞ്ഞു. മുകളിലേക്ക് അറ്റാച്ച്ഡ് ബാത്റൂം ഉള്ള രണ്ടു ബെഡ്റൂമും ഒരു ഹോളും കൂടി എടുക്കണം എന്നുണ്ട്.എൻറെ വീടിൻറെ ഗ്രൗണ്ട് ഫ്ലോർ പ്ലാനാണ് വെച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത് അതിൽ മാർക്ക് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്ന പോലെ കൂട്ടി എടുക്കണമെന്നാണ് ഞാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നത്.ഇതിൽ പച്ച കളർ കൊണ്ട് അടയാളപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഭാഗത്ത് ഒരു ബാത്റൂം കൊടുത്തു കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ കുഴപ്പമുണ്ടോ?.അതിൻറെ അടിയിൽ ലിവിങ് റൂം ആണ് അഭിപ്രായം പറയാമോ?. -Rijesh CP
