വൈറ്റ് സിമൻറ് അടിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നതിന് മുകളിൽ പെയിൻറ് അടിക്കാൻ പറ്റും. പക്ഷേ കുറച്ചുകൂടി നല്ലത് വൈറ്റ് സിമൻറ് വാട്ടർപേപ്പർ ഉരച്ച് അതിൻറെ പൊടി കളയുക. ഒരു കോട്ട് പ്രൈമർ അടിക്കുക. അതിനുശേഷം പെയിൻറ് അടിക്കുക . കാരണം കുറച്ചുനാൾ കഴിയുമ്പോൾ വൈറ്റ് സിമൻറ്ന് ചോകിംഗ് സംഭവിക്കും. അപ്പോൾ പെയിൻറിനെ ബാധിക്കാതിരിക്കാൻ ഇത് നല്ലതായിരിക്കും.

Greetings, have a query regarding the payment to building contractor. I would like to know while we are making payment of instalments to the builder how can we have a proof of copy regarding the installments paid to him. When I suggested for bank transfer he says he have tax problem and when I asked for money receipt then he says he has gst issue. Some of my friends suggested to get signature in the back of agreement with the amount beside. Is their any other solution for this issue. Funding source is bank loan and rest by cash.
