To meet the day-to-day requirements in terms of: Getting orders from the market as per assigned targets. Collecting payments and reducing outstanding. Conduct regular meetings with influencers such as architects, building contractors housing societies, etc. for business development. To achieve targeted Monthly Revenue in the assigned territory. Ensure timely service to existing clients. Building an ongoing relationship with clients and new potential clients Taking every walk-in to the showroom around and familiarizing them with the product and company values. Interacting with the customer, understanding their design requirements, and presenting products and designs. Ensuring that effective designs are generated and presented to clients. Visiting the client site, proposing design, quotation, and presentation. Interacting with the site coordinator and ensuring that the site is ready for installation. Interacting and building the brand with Architects, Interior Designers, Real Estate Developers, etc. Achieving the set targets by strategizing, planning, and motivating the entire team.
