My plot is 3 side open 30×30= 100 Sq.yard. After extended chajjha 3.5 foot into three side, it will be 33.5× 37 Sq. foot =137.7 Sq yard. At present basement+Ground floor+1st floor. I want to rebuild the same after dismantle. 1. Car parking at the ground floor. 2. 3 room sets at 1st floor + 2 attached Bathroom+ drawing+ Kitchen. 3. 2 sets of two rooms+ drawing+ Bathroom+ kitchen on the 2nd floor, 3rd and 4th floor.
