urgent Civil Contractor Requirement for Building Project at Delhi Airport ( 7 star Hotel Building) scope of works:- Reinforcement & Shuttering Works & Concrete Please send me quotation Email:-bcetw786@gmail.com 1).Centring/shuttering of foundations, pedestrals, columns footing, column, beam, slab etc. complete by mean of plywood board/steel plates with proper fixing, allignment, levelling inclusive of all tools and tackles etc. complete. . Sqm. 2).Steel Work including cutting, bending, Fixing placing in position and binding all complete as per Drawings. MT *Facilities to be provided by company for Workmen* 1) Accommodation for workmen. 2) Transportation from work Site to accommodation place during working days. 3) Kitchen *(excluding utensils/burton),* Water and Power, Bulb, Fan (Storage space for keeping material. However, the responsibility of safe custody of material shall lie with the supplier. 4) All safety equipment shoes/helmets/safety belts/jackets etc. 5) Rs-4000-5000 from Delhi Govt.for BOCW registered workers, company will help in registration. 6) Free Vaccination, Covid-19 Testing, and Special isolation ward with doctors, sanitization.... etc. 7) No Transportation (Home /Others Place to Project office) & No Advance Subcontractor

सिविल कॉन्ट्रैक्टर की जरूरत है जो कमर्शियल बिल्डिंग में काम किया हो वह भी कंपनी लेवल पे जिसको सेफ्टी का पूरा ज्ञान हो सरिया 12 एमएम से 40 एमएम तक है सरिया का स्कोप कुल एक बिल्डिंग में 7500 मीट्रिक टन है शटरिंग प्लाई बोर्ड इन, स्काफोल्डिंग करके दिया जाएगा शटरिंग का कुछ हिस्सा का स्कोप है 2,58,793 sqm A)सरिया का दर 1) राफ्ट के लिए कटिंग बेंडिंग और फिक्सिंग :- Rs 3500/MT. 2) राफ्ट से ऊपर कटिंग बेंडिंग और फिक्सिंग :-Rs 5000/MT B) शटरिंग का रेट शटरिंग फिक्सिंग और हटाना :- RS 200/sqm C) कंक्रीट बिछाना :- Rs 100/m³ कामगारों के लिए सुविधा 1).रहने के लिए फ्री रूम पानी बिजली सप्ताह के 24 घंटे तक 2).सभी वर्कर्स को पीएफ हर माह दिया जाएगा 3).कोई हादसा होता है तो उसका भी बीमा के द्वारा कवरेज किया जाएगा 4).साइट से कामरा का डिस्टेंस 250 मीटर तक रहेगा 5).सभी कर्मचारियों को सुरक्षा या उपकरण मुफ्त दिया जाएगा रिटर्नेबल बेसिस पर भुगतान का तारिका 1).डेकदार द्वारा Invoice सबमिट होने के बाद 15 दिनों के पहले ही भुगतन किया जाएगा 2).बिलिंग का पीरियड 20 से 25 तक रहेगा हर महीने में Note:- 1) किसी भी तरह का मोबिलाइजेशन या ट्रांसपोर्टेशन चार्ज नहीं दिया जाएगा 2).सभी वर्कर्स को सप्ताह के लिए खर्चा दिया जाएगा 25 दिनों काम कर लेगा तो हर सप्ताह 500-700 दिया जाएगा जो कि रनिंग बिल से कटौती कर लिया जाएगा (मेरा प्रोजेक्ट दिल्ली प्रदूषण से बंद नहीं है क्योंकि यह प्रोजेक्ट छूट है ) संपर्क नं। Mob:-+91- 8595014280,9852171098 Email:-bcetw786@gmail.com
