Firstly , get the papers from Kerala ground water department , through this, apply for permit with the help of a licensed engineer from the concerned LSGD ( Panchayath / Muncipality )

As I want to construct an additional bed room measuring 200 Sq.feet on upstairs of my existing building with in a low budget estimate kindly let me know the building materials and its cost which I have to purchase from market.

I don't have money to buy a house or plot. but I am salaried and may get around 2 cr loan.. but as per brokers and villa dealers. I can get upto 75% of the property or house value. how to deal with this situation.
