directly applying putty over the cement plastering having any issu? .ie with out initial primer coating.removing of putty in wet places any method can be advisable

initial coating of cement primer will give better bonding between plastered wall and putty. so it is always better to to give a initial coating of cement primer on plastered surface before putty work

Septic Tank, when we construct, do we need to follow 3 cemented + one non cemented tank. if it is laterite area can we plaster directly on the wall without building any walls with stones or do we need to apply concrete. is it good if we make bigger Chambers.

we are planning to use aac block for our house, i have 2 questions; for inner wall direct putty or pop will be good or we have to plaster and then apply pop? 2nd question is; for outer walls can we do the same or if not what type of plastering would be best, (it will be a frame structure)
