1. Must have proper natural light and fresh air circulation.
2. Must have some space around and infront of the house
3. Expecting overall rate in the range 2000-2200/sqft

5. Elevation should not be a conventional kerala style house. Modern/classy/simple are preferred.

Both are good. Earlier days well used to be there in NE and so kitchen nearby to draw water and is being followed. SE is supposed to be' thidapally' where food for devotees are prepared as per my knowledge. NE kitchen is mostly preferred in kerala. SE kitchen in other states.
