Reinforcement works &laying Electrical conduiting.12 Casting Slab & beams &rendering on Top surface of slab with wpc compound.13 Curing days to 14 days depend upon grade of cement and de shuttering works after 7 days for smaller spans up to 4.50 m & after14 days for Span up to 6.00 m.14. placing Conduits for concealed wiring on walls, Fixing concealed water supply pipes & attachments, testing leakage etc .15. Fixing outer frames of doors & windows.16. Internal & external Plastering. 17. Fixing Sanitary & water Supply fittings.&testing Water / Soil Waste lines.18. Laying Underfloor lean concreting.19. Flooring works.20 Fixing shutters for doors & windows, Cupboards, interior decoration, Electrical fittings,Kitchen cupboards and carpentry works.21 External service works like Septic tank ,over head tank, all pipe lines ,fittings & Finishing works and getting building No: & user certificate etc for occupation.
