I was thinking about fixing our cracked garden concrete tank. The problem is the tank is half embedded in ground. The crack goes all the way throughout the tank and the underground part is always slightly wet.. How do I fix this crack?

As per vastu, NW corner is having a cut bcoz of the design and how can it be rectified. Like E & W same measurement, but S & N having diff msmnts. Considering chuttu, taking 4 sides not good but taking 2 sides its ok.E& W-1230, S-1326, N-954. Nothing can be done above the ground then car can't turn properly, but I need to fix that. Any ideas?
