I have given contract for work up to 1st floor concrete. 25 percent of the amount given as advance. now work upto 2 rows of basement done. plinth belt yet to do. If I want to quit the contract and give it to some one else. how do I proceed. can anyone advise. should I go legal. 2600 sq ft home include car porch. can anyone provide approximate cost upto basement using laterite red stone 3rd no. for foundation and 2nd for basement. Basement was for 3 stone height rows in some areas and other area gone upto 7 rows additionally note that septik tank and sewerage tank made. but plaster and concrete not done so far.

After foundation, I am keeping 3 rows of basement, and belt. After that will keep. sand or earth filling to level up to the first basement row. this is done because the height of the road mid level is lower than the foundation. is this process done is OK. wil there be any issue s due to the water leaking in to basement. red laterite stone used for basement and foundation

what is the justifiable labour rate per square feet for constructing a house with laterite bricks from wall construction to main slab concrete?? the foundation and base work has already been completed.

I just want to convert my terrace into a bedroom without attached bathroom.Almost 6 years now untill my house was constructed. My house is a 3 bedroom 2 storey house. But we made 1 bedroom as an open space at the time of construction.So the space for one bedroom and an attached bathroom is an open terrace now. Now we changed our mind and come up with this conversion of open terrace back into bedroom. Can anyone give any idea other than concrete roof. Any suggestion regarding its construction? i prefer low budget.

I am going to construct 3 bhk 1500 sqft residential house at Kasaragod . I have to give as material and labor contract to good reputed contacting person. but I like to deduct electrical and plumbing to my brother as he can do that jobs. so I like to know what is the current market rate for construction for B class house per sqft.and what amount should be deducted from main contractor for electrical and plumbing?
