After foundation, I am keeping 3 rows of basement, and belt. After that will keep. sand or earth filling to level up to the first basement row. this is done because the height of the road mid level is lower than the foundation. is this process done is OK. wil there be any issue s due to the water leaking in to basement. red laterite stone used for basement and foundation

if there an issue with water leckage problem use water proofing compound with the belt concreting

Hi, please check the picture attached. the level from Road and the basement. Two. rows of laterite stone done. belt yet to complete. question here is is the level is sufficient from the road to avoid water from door. to home or do I need to add one more row of laterite to the basement so that one stone level up I can fill so basement will. feel higher. foundation level cannot be increased as it is already done. can you guys advise.

I have given contract for work up to 1st floor concrete. 25 percent of the amount given as advance. now work upto 2 rows of basement done. plinth belt yet to do. If I want to quit the contract and give it to some one else. how do I proceed. can anyone advise. should I go legal. 2600 sq ft home include car porch. can anyone provide approximate cost upto basement using laterite red stone 3rd no. for foundation and 2nd for basement. Basement was for 3 stone height rows in some areas and other area gone upto 7 rows additionally note that septik tank and sewerage tank made. but plaster and concrete not done so far.

below is my home under construction. basement done. planning to change the exit door to the area marked in yellow will that be good.
