Can anyone pleasectell me what is the advantage of using "vettu kall" over inter lock? which one is good?

വെട്ടുകല്ല് നെ അപേക്ഷിച്ചു interlock brick വില കുറവ് ആണ്. എന്നാൽ interlock ബ്രിക്ക് ഉപയോഗിച്ച വീട് നിർമിച്ചു പുട്ടി plastering ഒക്കെ ചെയ്തു വരുമ്പോൾ ചെങ്കല്ല് ഉപയോഗിച്ച് വീട് നിർമിക്കുന്ന അത്ര തന്നെ budget ആവും. interlock brick ഉപയോഗിക്കാണെങ്കിൽ plastering എന്ന ഘട്ടം ഒഴിവാക്കിയാൽ മാത്രമേ ലാഭം ഉണ്ടാവുകയുള്ളൂ.. എന്നാൽ നമ്മുടെ നാട്ടിൽ സുലഭം ആയി വീട് നിർമ്മിക്കുന്നത് ചെങ്കല്ല് ഉപയോഗിച്ച് തന്നെ ആണ്. interlock brick നേക്കാൾ ഫിനിഷിങ് എന്ത് കൊണ്ടും ചെങ്കല്ല് തന്നെ ആണ്. brick കൊണ്ട് ഉണ്ടാക്കിയ വീടുകൾ പലതും edges ന് ചെറിയ പൊട്ടൽ ഒക്കെ ശ്രദ്ധയിൽ പെട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്. but interlock വീടുകളിൽ പൊതുവെ ചെങ്കല്ല് വീടുകളെക്കാൾ ചൂട് കുറവായി അനുഭവപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്...
