Has anyone have any experience with M Bricks in home construction.

Bathroom size of my house under construction is 270X150. I would like to have a washbasin, wall mounted closet and a wet area partition for bath. How can I devide the space for each one? The size mentioned is before plastering. The size will be less by 2cm all around due to plastering.

Is it still a viable and good and safe land to build a house. I been told to rubble masonry due to the type of soil(red Earth soil) but i am planning for a column footing. Is it a better option ? what is the normal cost of land per cent in the area? what and all thing i need to keep in mind if i am going to purchase the land? You help on this will be greatly appreciated, thank you.
