Bathroom size of my house under construction is 270X150. I would like to have a washbasin, wall mounted closet and a wet area partition for bath. How can I devide the space for each one? The size mentioned is before plastering. The size will be less by 2cm all around due to plastering.

I would like to have a washbasin, wall mounted closet and a wet area with toughened glass partition for bath. Can you please tell me how muuch space I should earmark for each item?
