Things between Leonardo DiCaprio and Gigi Hadid are heating up. Over the weekend, the rumoured new couple was seen getting cosy at a New York Fashion Week after-party in New York City.

The two appeared to be deep in conversation in photos obtained by the Daily Mail, with Leonardo DiCaprio, 47, whispering in Hadid’s ear as she eagerly leaned forward.

The “Titanic” star appeared to get a little handsy with the model, 27, at one point, as he placed his hands on her shoulders before reaching for her hand.

Leonardo DiCaprio is adjusting his extensive real estate portfolio once more! Only three months ago, the Oscar winner paid a cool $13.8 million for an oceanfront Malibu retreat, while simultaneously listing his home atop exclusive Carbon Beach for $10 million.

The “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood” star, 47, also owns a century-old English Tudor Revival home in Los Feliz, as well as a Spanish Colonial-style mansion in the same neighbourhood.

Leonardo DiCaprio is now focusing his attention on Beverly Hills, where he recently purchased a 1930s estate for $9.9 million. He got a slight discount on the five-bedroom, six-bath spread, which was originally listed for $10.2 million, though the sale price is still far more than the $6.1 million the sellers paid for it in 2016. However, the house has since been meticulously trendy and restored, complete with chevron and white oak floors, designer light fixtures, and appealing steel-case doors that provide an ideal indoor-outdoor lifestyle.

The traditional structure greets with a formal entry displaying a curved spiral staircase, tucked away behind walls and gates on a little more than a quarter-acre of land in the Beverly Hills Flats. The 5,000 square feet of living space is highlighted by a grey wood-panelled family room with built-in bookshelves, as well as an open-concept entertainment area with a snazzy brass wet bar and doors that open to the backyard.

A gourmet kitchen with high-end stainless appliances, a beverage centre, and an eat-in island also highlights, all accented by black granite and white Carrara marble. French doors from floor to ceiling in the adjacent breakfast nook lead out to an al fresco dining terrace.

There are three upstairs bedroom suites, including a master retreat with a cathedral ceiling and a mini-bar, a luxe marble bath with an oval soaking tub, and a separate lounge that spills out to a balcony overlooking the lush grounds, which are dotted with mature olive trees. There’s also a firepit patio, a large rectangular pool, and a flat grassy yard, as well as a detached one-car garage connected to a guesthouse with its own patio ideal for outdoor grilling and dining.

Aside from his new digs and those in Los Feliz and Malibu, which include a nearly vacant $23 million parcel of land atop Paradise Cove, Leonardo DiCaprio also owns a midcentury modern Palm Springs mansion, several fancy condos in New York City, and a private island off the coast of Belize. His primary residence, on the other hand, remains a three-house, four-parcel compound in Los Angeles’ Bird Streets neighbourhood, complete with jetliner views of the entire city skyline to the Pacific Ocean.
