Our objective is to construct a 3BHK, 1500 sqft residential house with all rooms attached in Kerala, India, adhering to a strict budget of 20 lakhs. The house will consist of a ground floor and one additional floor (G+1) and should include essential structural elements such as a Porch, Sitout, Combined Dining Sitting area, and three attached Bedrooms, along with a Kitchen. The first floor will house two of the three bedrooms.Please suggest best foundation method assuming loose filled soil, cost effective wall thickness and roofing methods with long life. Will be of great help if you can suggest the best possible way to approach this requirement.

How can we add maximum space from the thickness of the wall for the wardrobe , so that we can get maximum carpet area.

need building contractors to undertake my house construction after demolishing the existing structure. the foundation must be column footing, expected area of construction 2000sqft
It is important that the contractors are in and around Kozhikode.
Below is the detail requirements for structure
1. pcc for foundation bed with 40mm metal in 1:4:8 in 10 cm thickness
2. column footing and grade beam work 1:2:4 as per structure
3. basement height at 45-60cm
4. Floor concrete PCC in 1:4:8 cement using 40mm metals
5. Solid block masonry in 1:6 cm for walls upto 3.5 metre
