need building contractors to undertake my house construction after demolishing the existing structure. the foundation must be column footing, expected area of construction 2000sqft It is important that the contractors are in and around Kozhikode. Below is the detail requirements for structure 1. pcc for foundation bed with 40mm metal in 1:4:8 in 10 cm thickness 2. column footing and grade beam work 1:2:4 as per structure 3. basement height at 45-60cm 4.
