My house is more than 65 year old
before 6 months I renovated my only upper floor room -325 sq ft bed room .I change its floor base - wooden panel and installed 18 inch cement board .under it there is vertical wooden beams and one horizontal wooden beam.it is a rectangle shape room.for the cement board installation we added steel pipe also..
now above all we leveled with msand and installed tile .
My concern is about my newly made heavy weighted cot which is kept at the center of the room .it has double weight of normal king size cot.it's head and foot board is with 3 mdf board .should I replace the cot or room will with stand the weight..it is 325 sq feet bed room and it is above living room In ground floor..

Need a plan and estimate for a home renovation
my home has , rooms with wooden roof in the middle and concrete rooms surrounding it.
I need to make the rooms with wooden roofs as single and make it a living room. my present kitchen and a concrete hall to be joined together .
a economical estimated plan is desired.
