The open-plan living areas are designed to maximize natural light and ventilation, providing a spacious and airy ambiance. Modern fixtures and finishes, along with minimalist decor, create a sophisticated and comfortable environment perfect for modern lifestyles.

We transformed traditional hallways into dynamic spaces, integrating natural elements such as indoor plants and strategic lighting to create a seamless flow throughout the home. Project area : 2248 Sq ft

Situated in kannur, the residence was designed for a family of 4 members who wanted a home with a simplistic design catering to their basic needs.

The subtle play in levels gives a sense of balance in its composition, resulting in a compact and welcoming home. The simple and clean form has its exterior material palette defined by exposed concrete and white finish , the shift in these materials helping define the volume. The boxy elements added to the character of the house, striking a balance between solid and void. Finally, Neutral colour and similar pattern for finishes were added to the interiors for achieving the harmony between the two.
