Location 📍: kannur Project area : 2248 Sq ft Situated in kannur, the residence was designed for a family of 4 members who wanted a home with a simplistic design catering to their basic needs. The subtle play in levels gives a sense of balance in its composition, resulting in a compact and welcoming home. The simple and clean form has its exterior material palette defined by exposed concrete and white finish , the shift in these materials helping define the volume. The boxy elements added to the character of the house, striking a balance between solid and void.
