Waterproofing Compound
Polybond is a single component acrylic polymer modified elastomeric waterproofing membrane which consists of Polybond liquid is an acrylic emulsion. It requires the addition of water and cement on site and when mixed in the proper proportions,an easily brushable coating is produced. Polybond can simply be applied by a stiff brush/Roller brush, or sprayer gun to obtain the desired thickness. Polybond grey consists of OPC specially selected cements, graded hard-wearing aggregates and additives supplied in powder and Polybond liquid component of blended acrylic copolymers. The polymer provides Polybond with exceptional adhesion, toughness and durability.

Direction for use
- The surface should be free from all dust, foreign particles, loose materials or any deposits of contamination.
- The entire surface should be pre-wetted before application of Polybond SBR latex & ensure that the sheen of water disappears before application of Polybond SBR latex.
- To prepare a primary coat for waterproofing, mix 1 litre of POLYBOND SBR latex with 1-4 litre of water. According to the surface condition add enough cement ifrequired.
- To prepare a mortar mixture (50 kg cement) +(125 kg sand) + (POLYBOND SBR latex 6-9 litre)+(water 9-11 litre).
- To prepare a slurry mix (cement 50 kg)+(POLYBOND SBR latex 10 litre )+(water 9.5-11.5 litre)
