Hotban is a PU Elastomeric Liquid Heatproofing Membrane. This product has been made of a variety of German chemicals polymers. When dry, a layer of elastomeric and UV-resistant is formed, which acts as the shield for the hot climate. Hotban is an excellent UV resistant product and reflexively protects the building from any extreme heat and damages due to the heat expansion. It can be used not only in concrete structure but also on sheet metals and asbestos.

Direction For Use
The surface should be free from dust, dirt,curing compound, oil, etc. Clean the surface thoroughly to remove all loosely adhering particles and cement laitance.
Use a wire brush or a scrubber to clean dust, oil, loose particles or grease from the surface.
Ensure that the edges and corners have cleaned.
The primer is not mandatory.
To strengthen bonding in the mirror finish area, apply Damsure Ultima prime or polybond as Primerwith a paint brush.
Then apply two or three coats of Hotban. Use hand brush for the first coat.
Make sure that each coating is applied only after the previous one is dried. Keep the surface dry for a minimum period of one week.
