German Xtrashield is a single-component liquid applied elastomeric polyurethane based coating. It is designed to give long lasting, maintenance free and superior waterproofing protection for concrete and steel substrates. It is a UV resistant coating and is specially formulated for external applications.

AreaOf Application
Terrace, balcony, roof, parapet. Sunken slabs. Concrete domes. Profile sheets and asbestos sheets. Bridges and tunnels.
Direction For Use
- The surface should be free from dust, dirt, curing compound, oil, etc. Clean the surface thoroughly to remove all loosely adhering particles and cement laitance.
- Cracks and pot holes should be repaired with concrete repair system from the Damsure magnofix or Crackbond and allow it to cure.
- Apply Polybond primer as a primer at 25 sqft/kg .
- Apply the 45 gsm fiber mesh and then apply the second coat of the polybond primer.
- After drying the second coat, apply the third coat of polybond primer.
- When the primer is dried, apply German Xtrashield coating. Leave it to dry for at least 36 hrs before the application of the second coat.
- The second coat application should be at the same coverage rate. After drying, apply the third coat. Allow to cure for at least 3 days.
